Terms and conditions
Terms for using Raqib and ordering products. Your statutory consumer rights in Egypt remain unaffected.
1. Website and account
Provide accurate details and keep your password secure. Do not misuse the website or access other people’s accounts or data. Accounts use email and password only.
2. Prices and order confirmation
Prices are in EGP. Product totals, delivery charges and discounts are shown before submission. Submission is not final confirmation: availability and payment require review and Raqib confirmation. We will contact you before fulfilment if a clear pricing or availability error occurs.
3. Payment and delivery
Use the manual payment methods available at checkout, such as wallets, InstaPay or cash on delivery where offered. Send proof using official contact details; it is reviewed before payment confirmation. Delivery arrangements are confirmed with the order; no fixed delivery time is guaranteed here.
4. Cancellation, returns and warranty
Request cancellation or return through your account or by contacting Raqib, depending on order status. Requests are reviewed according to circumstances and Egyptian consumer protection law. This page does not invent an additional commercial warranty period or unconfirmed return window; request written product details before purchase. These terms do not remove statutory rights.
5. Safe use of RA-150
Compatibility and readings depend on the vehicle, protocol and app. Trouble codes and assistant responses are guidance, not a definitive diagnosis or substitute for a qualified technician. Understand faults before clearing codes and never use your phone while driving. Stop safely and seek help for a flashing engine light, overheating or danger.
6. Content and changes
The Raqib name, content and images belong to their rights holders. We may update these terms with a revision date. Changes do not reduce statutory rights or agreed terms for existing orders.
