Privacy policy
How Raqib handles website account and order data, and how to request help.
1. Data we use
Account registration uses your email, password, name and phone. Orders use your delivery address, governorate, city, quantities, payment method and any payment reference. We retain order status, return requests and associated licence information where applicable.
2. Why we use your data
To create and secure your account, fulfil and deliver orders, verify manual payment, and manage support and returns. Do not include sensitive credentials in order notes.
3. Country and language
We use the hosting provider’s IP-derived country code: Arabic for Egypt and English for other countries. The language feature does not store your IP or send it to an external geolocation service. Your manual language choice takes priority.
4. Service providers
Accounts and orders are processed through Lovable Cloud and hosting services. Delivery information may be shared with the courier to fulfil an order. Payment proof sent through WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s policy. This website does not request card numbers or security codes. Site fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives a network request that may include your IP.
5. Storage and security
We retain data needed for orders, support and legal obligations, and restrict access by role. No security method is absolute. You may request access, correction or deletion; transaction records may need to remain where legally required.
6. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the website. Vehicle, trip or assistant data used within the app must be explained in the app’s policy and permissions. Browsing or buying the device is not automatic consent to app data collection.
